What you'll get
You'll be signed in to Pricafy, and you'll know how to get back into your account if you forget your password.
Before you start
- The email address you signed up with.
- To reset your password: access to that inbox. The reset link is sent there and works for 1 hour.

Step by step
Step 1
Sign in with your email and password
- Click Sign In at the top of any page. On a phone, open the menu first.
- Enter your email in EMAIL and your password in PASSWORD.
- Click Sign in.
You land on your dashboard — or back on the page that asked you to sign in, such as a product you wanted to track. Forgot your password? Use Forgot password? under the password field (step 3).
- Email field
- Password field
- Submit button
- Forgot password link
Step 2
How long you stay signed in
Pricafy keeps you signed in on that browser for up to 7 days after you sign in. After that, or if you clear your cookies, you're sent to the sign-in page — just sign in again.
On a shared computer, sign out when you're done: click Sign Out at the top of the page, or in the menu on a phone. Signing out also signs you out on your other devices.
Step 3
Forgot your password? Request a reset link
- On the sign-in page, click Forgot password?.
- Enter the email you signed up with and click Send reset link.
You'll see Check your email. For your privacy, this message appears whether or not that address has an account.
- Email field
- Submit button
Step 4
Open the email and set a new password
- Open the email from Pricafy and click the reset link within 1 hour.
- Type a new password (at least 8 characters) in NEW PASSWORD and again in CONFIRM PASSWORD.
- Click Save new password.
When you see Password reset, click SIGN IN and sign in with your new password. Your other devices are signed out and need the new password too.
- Password field
- Confirm password field
- Submit button
If it didn't work
- Invalid or expired reset link.? Reset links work once and expire after 1 hour. Click Request new link and use the link in the newest email.
- No reset email? Check your spam and promotions folders, and make sure you typed the address you signed up with. If you requested several links, only the newest one works.
- Sign-in keeps failing? Passwords are case-sensitive — check Caps Lock. If you're not sure of your password, reset it with Forgot password?.
- Seeing a message about too many attempts? Wait a minute, then try again.
- Sent to the sign-in page unexpectedly? Your session ended: sessions last up to 7 days, and signing out or resetting your password on another device signs you out here too. Sign in again.
Frequently asked questions
How long does a reset link work?
For 1 hour, and only once. Requesting a new link makes older links stop working.
Does resetting my password sign me out on other devices?
Yes. After a reset, every device has to sign in again with the new password. This can take up to 15 minutes to reach a device that is already open.
Can I sign in with Google or with my Telegram account?
No. The web app and the browser extension use your Pricafy email and password. The Telegram bot is separate and works with your Telegram account.
